What does a sprint look like?
We'll start with a kickoff call to talk through your goals, confirm the timeline and scope, and review any materials you have. Then I'll get to work and share progress fast — expect regular updates, quick feedback loops, and real progress daily. By the end of the week, you'll have production-ready designs and everything you need for handoff.
I'm based in Taipei, which allows for overnight work cycles — you can send feedback by EOD and see progress the next morning.
What if my project needs more than a week?
We'll scope it as a fixed project with clear deliverables, timeline, and pricing. Most extended projects run 2–4 weeks depending on complexity.
What does an extended partnership look like?
Most partnerships start with a sprint and transition to retainer support as the project evolves, giving us a chance to work together first. Retainers are month-to-month and pauseable anytime — we'll adjust scope as your needs change.
How do you communicate and manage work?
Day-to-day communication happens in Slack, with tasks tracked in Trello. I work closely with developers and provide clean handoffs.
For ongoing partnerships, I can integrate into your existing workflow (Jira, Linear, etc.).
How is this different from hiring an agency?
You work directly with me — no juniors, no handoffs, no layers. Communication is fast, one designer owns the work end-to-end, and there's no agency markup.
Do you build websites or apps?
I don't write code, but I deliver dev-ready designs and work closely with engineers for smooth handoff.
I also build sites in Framer or Webflow — great for landing pages, marketing sites, and portfolios.
Do you only work with startups?
Nope! I've worked with investment firms, student groups, and mission-driven orgs… if it's a good fit, I'm in.
Are there any requests you don't support?
Yes. I don't do document design (medical forms, etc.), complex packaging, extensive print design (magazines, books), or 3D/motion graphics work.
